Many 2014-2015 Mercedes Benz owners, inclusive of myself, took delivery of their vehicles recently.

With our vehicles, we were offered complimentary mBrace services for a period of 3-6 months dependent on the variety of  services, only to have to pay for it after the trial period.

MBUSA, via their Facebook page, recently declared that effective immediately, all Model Year 2016 vehicles will come with 5 years of mBrace as part and parcel of the vehicle purchase.

Our demand is simple, reward the early adopters of your product (MY 2014 to MY 2015)  and grandfather in fairly recent owners into this new 5-year program, so they do not feel slighted.

Of course, this is purely up to MBUSA and is definitely a good avenue to show its customers that Mercedes Benz cares about it current clientele.
