Today government of India has passed a law that coming from 1st Dec. 2018 India will be having their own rules and regulations for operating drones and will no more be illegal or banned. As per the notice issued, full process of registration of drones and the owner will be done through an online process which will be available on dgca website from 1st December, 2018. So, finally all drone enthusiasts here is our victory and finally we have a proper law and regulations but no more banned on flying drones in India.
