Today my PIL no CRPIL/30/2018 filled on 17th July 2018 finally admitted by Bombay High Court under the lordship of Hon'ble Justice Ranjeet More on 25th September 2018 at 4.30 pm by saying that this is a very serious matter which citizen are facing every year and has given time of two weeks to State of Maharashtra, PWD, MSRDC and others to file the reply. 
Summary of argument in court - 
Hon'ble Judge - There is already many PILs in high court, why to take new one.
My Argument :- There are many PILs in high court but road is still in Bad condition. 341 people died in Panvel area in 30 months and more than 150 people died on sion panvel highway from January 2016 till now, but neither government nor road authorities are taking this seriously and its now every year story. So. i came to judiciary with the hope that common people will be taken seriously here. Because judiciary is a last hope for me now. 
I have requested judiciary to stop the Toll collection as interim relief and set one team for judicial inquiry of death of people happen on road and concerned authorities must be held responsible for this. Good road is our fundamental right and we are paying so many taxes including toll tax for this.

Now case has been started and preparing to fight to get justice for the people who lost their life due to potholes and of course no pothole for next year.
