Who is responsible to such blockage in Asia’s the best planned city. Who has made this city a city of traffic. On Sunday there was traffic till 5 kms. But today on 16/07/2018, Monday the situation became really bad when both side traffic affect the city. I hope my words are reaching to our Chief Minister. You are equally responsible for this situation sir.
