Dear friends and well wishers,

We are very grateful to you for all your support but the state government has betrayed us. Despite our agitation, silent march, a lot of post card and tweet and e-mails government sent a class 2 officer Mr Pravin Ashtikar as a municipal commissioner of Bhiwandi Nizampur City Municipal Corporation. 

This is a betrayal and we highly condemned the state government's move. 

First, the state government gave additional charge of Bhiwandi to Municipal commissioner of Bhiwandi. Then they withdrew and gave charge to Ashok Rankhambe who has been additional commissioner of Bhiwandi for last 2 years and he doesn't have a clean record of working. 

Then the state government issued a GR for appointment of Mr Pravin Ashtikar last month but he never took the charge. There had been discussion at various level that Ashok Rankhamb paid heavy money for his appointment. 

Despite our request , again a class 2 officer has been appointed just before the election. Why? Is this government serious about corruption ?

A class 2 officer is always under the mercy of politicians and never work on free will and never brings change. We haven't heard any successful work of Mr Ashtikar either. 

We strongly condemn this appointment and we need an efficient , powerful and honest IAS officer as a commissioner. Please support us and intensify our demand for a clean administration.
