New Lidl development in Midtown to drive thousands of cars a day to residential streets

MNA's Land Use meeting on 8/16/22 at 7:00 PM and will focus on the status of the 268-272 Ponce de Leon Avenue project site, currently owned and planned for development by Lidl, a German grocery store company that has recently expanded operations in Georgia. Lidl recently shared their current design plans and they show all entrance and exits onto residential streets of Penn and Argonne. Trader Joes in the neighborhood averages 2,000 visitors a day during the week and even more on the weekend, that's potentially thousands of cars onto residential streets.
