The Issue

We, the overseas citizens of Pakistan, are concerned about the lack of the rule of law in our country. The Constitution of Pakistan guarantees equal rights and justice for all, but we believe that the government has failed to uphold these fundamental principles.

The lack of the rule of law has resulted in a number of issues, including corruption, abuse of power, and the violation of basic human rights. It has also contributed to the breakdown of the judicial system, with cases often taking years to resolve, and justice being denied to the most vulnerable in our society.

We call on the government to take urgent action to restore the rule of law in Pakistan. This includes:

Strengthening the judicial system and ensuring timely justice for all citizens.
Holding accountable those who violate the law, including those in positions of power.
Protecting the rights of all citizens, including freedom of speech and expression.
Rooting out corruption and ensuring that public officials are held accountable for their actions.
Providing security to all citizens, regardless of their religion, caste or gender.
We believe that the establishment of the rule of law is critical to the future of Pakistan. We urge the government to take immediate steps to address this issue and to work towards a more just and equitable society for all Pakistanis.

Sincerely,
