We at SAFFR wish to thank our wonderful supporters, who have helped us get this far, with signatures. It is only through you all that this is able to happen. However, as CITES looms, we beg you all to continue helping us break the boundaries, by putting in that extra effort, and try to get the petition further out, onto sites that do not follow the 'norm'. Corporates, and businesses if you know of any. The local press, can assist us as well, Yes even the international press! Or even your local. Please try and remember how powerful a petition can be, if we all stick together, and shout out loud about it. The Southern White Rhino, is indeed on its way to extinction, and as we have seen there have been many who believe that and have signed. BUT we need to rally and get it past the post. Without you all, SAFFR cannot achieve its objective, with a powerful enough petition. Will the rhino go extinct in the wild, on our watch? Will we be able to say to our children that we helped save them, or will we hang our heads, in shame, because we did not do enough? Let us all renew our efforts, and pull together, and make sure this vital petition, gets the signatures it needs. Please? The 24th September is looming, and this day looks to be the most important date, as far as SAFFR is concerned! It is South Africa's HERITAGE DAY, and what better day, to gather, peacefully, and feel the excitement waiting until John Scanlon accepts this petition?
