The petition to recognize Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism is gaining signatures, but we need more. 

Once the petition collects a sizable number of supporters, I will contact the sponsors of the House and Senate resolutions calling on the Secretary of State to provide the designation. 

The resolutions are House: H.Res.1205
Senate: S.Res.623
