Praise for the DHS city council for rejecting staff's recommendation to use a Walmart paid consultant firm - whose principals have worked with Walmart before - to process Walmart's own application and environmental studies- cronyism at it's worst. City staff had recommended that The Altum Group- whose principals have worked with Walmart before and of course likely always recommend that Walmart's plans be approved in their influential staff report to the cities - be allowed to process Walmart's application and environmental studies for their proposed Supercenter in DHS; oh, and to be paid by Walmart of course.
