Deport Jorge Espinosa A#018-783-677

The Issue

This petition is launched by victims of Jorge Espinosa.

A YouTuber living in Hialeah, Florida, who since at least 2022 has defamed, doxed, harassed, threatened, and terrorized other YouTubers, and their innocent families, including their mothers, wives, and daughters.

Espinosa was born in Cuba in 1964. He came to the United States as a child. As an adult he has spent over 22 years in Federal and Florida State Prisons and Jails for a variety of crimes, some of them violent and depraved.

This is his mugshot from the Florida Department of Corrections website:

Espinosa served numerous sentences in Florida State Prisons and Jails between 1982-November 1992. Shortly after being released, in December 1992, his son's mother reported him to the Police for sexual assault.

He responded by brutally beating her with a pool cue in a bar in front of numerous witnesses... WHICH HE BRAGS ABOUT ON YOUTUBE.

Espinosa was arrested after the vicious, public attack on a woman. While he was on bail in that case, in 1993, he was arrested for robbing a USPS mail truck at gunpoint, which he was convicted for in Federal Court. He was also convicted of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon in State Court for the assault on his son's mother and was incarcerated between 1993-2015 on those cases.

A list of his Florida incarcerations can be found by looking up his name and inmate number 396901 on the Florida Department of Corrections website:

https://fdc.myflorida.com

Espinosa served his federal sentence first, and was released to state custody in 2002, after which he began his term for brutally beating his son's mother. Prior to his release from Florida State Prison in 2015, he had a detainer placed on him to be deported back to Cuba after his release, but for unknown reasons, he was not deported. Even though he has had numerous restraining orders placed on him, including by members of his family.

Espinosa is alleged to now be on a list to be deported by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) back to Cuba. His "Alien Number" is A#018-783-677, which should be mentioned when contacting ICE and other law enforcement agencies about him.

Espinosa has had numerous YouTube channels deleted since 2022 due to his depraved conduct. He has not only harassed, defamed, and terrorized other content creators but even their innocent mothers, wives, and daughters, including by making defamatory, harassing A.I. videos of them discussing depraved sexual conduct they engaged in (which they did not engage in), and by threatening to make and post online A.I. videos of these innocent women engaged in depraved sexual conduct, which is a federal crime.

While Google has deleted some of his YouTube channels, he keeps making new ones which he harasses, threatens, doxes, stalks, and terrorizes other YouTubers and their families from. He not only posts pictures of YouTubers' relatives, while spreading disgusting lies about them, but posts the addresses and phone numbers of YouTubers and their families, and Google Maps images of their homes and places of work, encouraging people to harass them.

He engages in criminal activity, including by often making extortionate threats to individuals on YouTube that if they don't do what he wants, he is going to "go after" their families on YouTube. Meaning, he is going to harass, defame, dox, stalk, and terrorize their families.

We ask as many individuals as possible who have been impacted and disgusted by his depraved actions to sign this petition.

Once over 100 people sign this petition, it is being sent to Google's legal department, along with a file on Espinosa and video clips of his depraved actions on YouTube, requesting assistance with permanently banning Espinosa from YouTube, as due to him having numerous channels deleted for his depraved conduct, he is supposed to be banned from the platform.

The petition, file, and clips are also being sent to law enforcement agencies and departments, seeking their assistance in his removal from the United States, including but not limited to:

  1. President Donald J. Trump
  2. The White House
  3. United States Department of Justice
  4. United States Attorney General Pam Bondi
  5. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement
  6. Department of Homeland Security
  7. Federal Bureau of Investigation
  8. United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida
  9. Office of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis
  10. Office of the Attorney General, State of Florida
  11. Florida Department of Law Enforcement
  12. Hialeah Police Department
  13. City of Hialeah Mayor's Office
  14. Hialeah City Attorney's Office
  15. Florida U.S. Senator Rick Scott
  16. Florida U.S. Senator Ashley Moody
  17. Florida State Senator Bryan Avila

Please sign this petition if you are a victim of Jorge Espinosa, and if you are disgusted by how he has victimized others, online and in real life.

Numerous people have already reported him to ICE, but they have not deported him yet, enabling him to continue harassing and terrorizing innocent people, including women.

Jorge Espinosa should not be living in the United States of America. He does not have a right to live here. It is a privilege for him to be here.

A privilege which he has repeatedly violated by committing heinous crimes and depraved acts against innocent, tax-paying American citizens.
