Our love for England and football runs deep, and we pride ourselves on the national team's performance. However, the current state of England's football team, under manager Gareth Southgate, leaves much to be desired. We, the dedicated supporters, are troubled by his questionable tactics, loyalty to lazy players, and propensity for late, ill-timed substitutions. 

His tenure at the helm of the England team has resulted in a series of disappointing outcomes, stirring widespread frustration across the nation's faithful followers. 

In light of these shortcomings, we propose an unprecedented action: moving Gareth Southgate to Rwanda where he can explore and apply his managerial skills in a new setting. We don't recommend this out of malice, but with the sincere hope that as a professional, he may find a change of scenery beneficial to his career growth.

This is not a negligible demand but a serious proposition, rooted in our frustrations and our unwavering commitment to the success of English football. However, we believe it is a step that must be taken for the greater good of our beloved sport. Therefore, we urge you to sign this petition and bring about the change we desperately need.

Let's give Gareth Southgate the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed, elsewhere, for now.
