After watching this, the stark reality of the insanity and injustice in putting these men in prison prior to trial speaks volumes in how deeply corrupt the government has become. These men are neither flight risks nor a danger to society to justify their incarceration. Besides, it doesn't matter, the constitution guarantees bail and pre trial release and danger to society is not an acceptable reason to deny them their presumption of innocence. Bail is the insurance against flight risk. Assuming worst case scenario and giving the government the benefit of the doubt, where would the Bundys flee to? Russia like Snowden? With what passport? Mexico? How long would they last in Mexico before they got deported? Danger to society? When did they ever point a gun at anyone? When did they threaten anybody? Ammon openly talked about the explosives that they found on the premises and openly told law enforcement that they would secure it and promised to never use it. We should be screaming at this injustice, because if we don't, it could happen to any one of us.
