500 YEARS OF BAIL LAW DESTROYED

Many people say that the Bundys et al should not even be in prison to start with. And, they are right! They are not convicted! More than 500 years ago, our ancestors fought with royalty and the elite over this very issue, pre trial imprisonment. The elite have two ways to silence their opponents: 1) assassination (Clinton body count) and 2) imprisonment. The elite knew that if they could get their political dissidents in prison prior to trial, they would weaken and break them so that they would either look like idiots at trial or they would beg for a plea deal. Consequently, the common folk, through armed uprising, forced the elite to give them a right to bail which was insurance that they would show up for trial. Regarding dangerousness, it was a common belief that it was better to let 100 guilty men go free than allow one innocent man to suffer from wrongful imprisonment. From this came, "innocent until proven guilty". The framers of the constitution built into their state constitutions an absolute right to bail except for capital offenses. Judges did not have the option of refusing bail, the only option they had was to set excessive bail. But, the 8th amendment prohibits excessive bail. Fast forward today, and all the blood, sweat and tears that were expended to get us the right to a presumption of innocence and to bail have been destroyed and reversed. We are living in the times of our ancestors, over 500 years ago when the elite had their way and oppressed the masses, imprisoning their enemies prior to trial. The risk is very high that any of us can be arrested for no reason or for a trumped up charge. Once in prison, the game is over, because all civil rights are suspended or drastically reduced and you are at the mercy of the prison system no matter how innocent you are. Dave Bundy is a perfect example. He was not in Oregon and his role in Bunkerville was very limited, in fact, he was the victim of a beating by BLM thugs. His only crime is having the Bundy last name and in spite of his absolute innocence, he is denied bail and is sitting in prison away from his family and his livelihood. FOLKS, THIS IS BEYOND DANGEROUS! I KNOW YOU STILL DON'T BELIEVE IT CAN HAPPEN TO YOU AND THAT THE BUNDYS ARE A SPECIAL CASE AND THAT IS WHY IT IS HAPPENING TO THEM. BUT THE GOVERNMENT LIKES TO REACH OUT AND MAKE EXAMPLES OF PEOPLE EXERCISING THEIR 1ST AMENDMENT RIGHTS. IF YOU HAVE EVER SAID ANYTHING IN OPPOSITION TO OBAMA OR HILLARY, ANYTHING, YOU ARE AT RISK.
