GOV KATE BROWN SEEKS TO BE EXEMPT FROM WITNESS SUBPOENA FROM RYAN BUNDY

Like Obama who is out golfing with comedian Larry Davis while doing absolutely nothing about the tragic flooding in Louisiana, Her Highness, Gov Kate Brown, a recipient of this petition, seeks to be exempt from a subpoena to testify as to her involvement in setting up the events that led to Ryan's injury and Finicum's death. Ryan seeks to have her testify as to her request to federal employees, the FBI, to be involved in a state action. The FBI had no standing, it was a state matter, yet there is evidence that Brown asked for their assistance. The FBI fired at least two shots, one penetrated the roof of the truck in a trajectory that shattered the passenger window where Finicum was standing with his hands up and passing through the space where Ryan had been sitting. The FBI, who Brown asked to be involved, fired those lethal and illegal shots without just cause. Shots were reckless endangerment of passengers and Finicum with his hands up. The passengers never shouted threats, never touched weapons, never gave the FBI or the OSP any probable cause to fire upon them, especially since the truck was sitting disabled in the snow. As to the roadblock, review the aerial video and you will see that the front trucks did not have flashing lights and they appear to be personal vehicles, not official vehicles. The rear truck had flashing lights on its camper shell, hardly visible and not providing sufficient warning to allow the truck to slow down and avoid crashing into the roadblock. Because of her high and exalted position as royalty, not a public servant, she will probably succeed in convincing another member of royalty, the federal judge, to grant her request.
