Thanks everyone who has supported the petition. Over 130 people have now signed the petition, the community clearly does not support this. If you haven't already please complete the Public Submission, which you can email back to the department. There's a link in the main body. If you are a member of any locally based Facebook Groups, please also share within there. I've had a few questions about what restrictions Souths are trying to get removed. There are a whole heap of them, ranging from how much noise they can make through to the ability to accept "Party Buses". I've attached the full details based on what Souths dropped into local residents mail boxes into the body of the petition. I have emailed Souths for more information about why they want to have these removed, however to date they have not responded. There's 2 separate applications (one to trade to 2am and one to remove these restrictions), however both of them can be addressed under the one submission and are included on the front page of the submission form.
