Add Sodium Oxybate (Xyrem) onto the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS)
The issue
Australians living with Narcolepsy with Cateplexy and Excessive Daytime Sleepiness need access to Sodium Oxybate to treat their condition, as there is no drug available in Australia which does this. It will also increase their quality of life significantly, which is currently mentally and physically affected by their condition.
