NYCHHC/PHL/Department of Mental Health and Hygiene will be presenting a public  forum (webinar) on their plans to move the Public Health Lab that's currently downtown to the Harlem Hospital  site.

This should have been done years ago. The  elected officials from Rep. Espaillat down to City Council Member Bill Perkins have demanded transparency thanks to the push by you the petitioners and others.
