The sewage treatment plant that has what we want!

We drove to the waterfront path at the Newtown Creek sewage treatment plant in Brooklyn today (just south of  LIC), to see what it's like. It is a great asset that draws many people to enjoy the waterfront, and CP's Tallman Island plant certainly deserves a public waterfront path that would do the same.  Portions of the sewage treatment plant are on the left and right of this path. Imagine such access on CP's northeast coast!
