We are four middle school girls looking to start a movement pushing for accessible period products. Menstrual products are a necessity for people who get a period. Many people who get a period don’t have enough money for pads and tampons, which is known as Period Poverty. Most public schools in NYC don't have these products available. We are on a mission to change this, but we need your help. By signing this petition and donating to our GoFundMe, you are helping us reach our goal. We plan to bring our petition to the DOE and demand that the proper period products are provided in NYC public schools. This is The Period Project.
