Waterbury Hospital Have ignore and fail to follow safety rules while using purposely medication from Allergy/Dangerous List. 

 On a Separate Issue also Xrays deparment on Emergency Room and Main Hospital have fail so many times to read properly the results, causing pain, and consequences.

The Bully, neglect from staff when ppl complaint  is overwhelming.  This is a big issue and a reason for patients to commit suicide.

About Patients coming out with very dangerous meds from outpatient clinic, not associate to any condition, or mental issue.  

Michelle Glasman, Lindsey Smith, Yarixa Lopez, female Director of 8 floor, Social Worker Allison Herss, Marlyn Vazquez, Doctor Doyle were contacted about very similar issues of mal practice with drugs administered,  while  impatient at the hospital,   they decided to target us, and  the family...

the hospital neglect PATIENTS ON SO MANY WAYS, THEY ARE UNCARED FOR.. /Hospital Staff, Main directors, Offices, Nurses, Social Worker are been informed to please  make  arrangements for my son and any other patient in need to see a Podiatrist , for several months, They laughed about it..

at today date SEPTEMBER 8,2020- my son toe nails are very long ,dirty, cant wash them properly, causing fungus and pain on toes.  DEPARMENT OF HEALTH WAS ALSO NOTIFIED.
