The ill-conceived Echelon development was stopped by your support and activism.  The Bentonville City Council voted 5 to 3 on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2024, to deny the Echelon PRD rezoning request.  The 3.5 acre property remains zoned single family Residential Estate (R-E) and Residential-1 (R-1).  Thank you for showing up and making a difference for our neighbors.
