Although the project was Approved, the permits and build are NOT approved and there is an administrative hold on the project. Keep encouraging others to sign this petition and write to Kathryn Barger’s office to show we are not losing momentum on the issues with the development as it currently stands. Let’s continue to insist transparency that the proper due diligence was performed to ensure safety and fire hazard concerns have been fully vetted and addressed.
