In a subsequent interview by the author of this UPI article, Scott Gilmore "has all but said they'd be culling against next year -- they only stopped because Wildlife Services reached their quota. He was pleased that needy people got to eat the goose meat."

Does anyone doubt that Gilmore should be terminated from employment?
