Next month, the DNC will elect a new party chair. The RNC will likely appoint one sometime before then. Our new petition, calling on the incoming chairs to open the primaries, already has over 40,000 signatures, but to really deliver an impact we need your help. We have a real opportunity to impact the national conversation in the races for the chair positions and force the candidates to publicly recognize the need for political reform and open primaries. We need to reach at least 50,000 signatures by the end of the month when we will deliver them into the hands of the candidates. The deadline to sign the petition is only a couple of weeks away.
