NYC The Bernie Sanders campaign has requested that Hillary Clinton participate in a 2016 Democratic Debate in New York City. New York State is rich in delegates (291) and both candidates have strong ties there - Sanders being born and raised in Brooklyn, and Clinton having served as a NY State Senator from 2001-2009. Not to mention the contentious issue of Wall Street between the two candidates.
