The increasingly political discontent with the ruling monopoly in Manchester is becoming acute across the city. Only 5% believe in our survey, that Manchester City Council's and the leadership approach to the Gay Village has been satisfactory. That is a damning statistic that must change. This is why we want your views on the approach to the Gay Village and this 'Strategic Regeneration Framework' of development plans.
