Greetings Concerned Seal Beachers,   We cannot afford another 4 years of Ellery Deaton and Jill Ingram.  If you live in the Old Town-Surfside council district, make sure you do not vote for the candidate that Ellery brought into Surfside and is under her control.  We need change now more than ever, the past 8 years of mismanagement and reckless spending brought our city to this fiscal crises.  We need to bring in new sound management and correct the ills of the past. No one sounded the alarm on our fiscal condition over the past years, just now are they talking about it....why?  Did we really need to spend $500,000 on a new lifeguard boat right now ?!                           V O T E !!!                                       Thank you,  WTPOSB
