Hello, make sure you read the article in today's SUN on city hall's beach parking lot fee increase that was just delayed and will put the 2017-18 city budget in the red. Greetings Council, As manager of a coastal city, Ingram must be aware that any fee increases involving the beach needs coastal commission approval. Ingram, Beatley and staff have been working on the new budget and fees for awhile and had plenty of time to present and get approval from the CC prior to your budget workshops and vote. Your 'balanced budget' is now NOT. This costly error along with other budget sloppiness (miscalculation of reserves, omission of rescue boat funding) will continue until you take decisive action. Six previous Seal Beach Mayors, a former Chief of Police and over 350 constituents are demanding a change at city hall - very unprecedented and powerful. WTPOSB
