Hello everyone,

We want to start by thanking everyone who has signed and shared our petition so far. We've already surpassed 50 signatures, which is a great milestone, but we need your help to keep the momentum going!

Our goal is to update the Civil Liability Act of 1936 in South Australia to better protect individuals and promote accountability, particularly in relation to the responsibility of road authorities for injuries or deaths resulting from failure to maintain our roads.

Currently, road authorities can escape liability for injuries or deaths caused by their failure to maintain roads. This is an outdated loophole that needs to be closed, and we believe that everyone deserves access to justice.

That's why we need more signatures on our petition! The more people who sign and share it, the more likely it is that our government will take notice and take action to reform the law.

So if you haven't already signed our petition, please consider doing so at the link below. And if you have already signed, please share the petition with your friends and family and encourage them to sign as wThank you for your support in our fight for a fairer legal system!
