Hello Team Tyra!
Do you know who this man is? He would be in his late 50's or early 60's now. He is someone's grandfather, father, son, uncle, brother, nephew or cousin. He is wanted for questioning.
Background information:
My mom and my dad's mother my Grandma Garcia had a copy of a composite drawing of the two men that was last seen with my sister Tyra in the back alley. Witnesses who were there in the alley with Tyra gave this description to investigators as well as the night clerk at the local 7-11 store. I asked Ventura County Sheriff's Department investigator Steve Rhods about the composite sketches. He said, there are no such drawings. I was mistaken and my memory wasn't correct.
My mom lived with my oldest sister in NY for the last years of her life. My sister was going through my mom's effects and found the original report along with 1 of the composite sketches of the driver of the car.
This is the compost sketch above. The Ventura County Sheriff's Department had the description of the car and of these two men for almost 38 years and have never released it to the media. Do you think this could have helped Tyra's case back then? YESSSSSS!!!!!
