Hello Team Tyra!

This is Tyra's sister; Tanya Garcia. I am not very good at social media, but I am trying. I wanted to give you an update on Tyra Garcia's case and future goals.

I was sent an email from the investigator from the Ventura County DA office who was on Tyra's case since it was reopened Oct 2021. The e-mail is from Nov 4, 2022 he said, "your sister's case in with the Ventura Sheriff's cold case unit." No other details were given. He did not give me the new investigators name, phone number or email address. 

I pray that we get a good hearted God fearing investigator who will actually do some work on Tyra's case and follow up on leads. 

First, I will be doing an Awareness Campaign for Tyra's case. I want to put up billboards in Ventura, California and put some ads out there on social media about Tyra's case. Anything to gain the publics attention and keep Tyra's case alive, so it can be solved. 

Secondly, I will be doing a DNA Campaign, so I can get the evidence analyzed, so we can identify the perpetrator(s) and hold them accountable for their actions. Justice for Tyra
