S2056, which would mandate HESAA to offer a Loan Modification and Consolidation for Defaulted Borrowers unanimously passed the Senate Higher Education Committee on Monday. We need to start digging in and contacting ALL of our legislatures to support this Bill. Please contact your District Senators and ask them to co-sponsor and support S2056.
