Hey everyone, we were successful yesterday in getting S2056 moved through the Senate Higher Education Committee. It next goes to the Senate Budget & Appropriations Committee. If you are serious about change, please send me your emails so that I can include you in our email group--we need to start a telephone and calling campaign and let them know there are more than the same 5 borrowers who appear before them. There are 1198 signatures on this petition. If I can get at least 1/2 of you to assist in moving this bill, I would be grateful.
