I'm working on leglislation mandating HESAA to offer a Rehab Program for defaulted borrowers. At this time, I need everyone with a defaulted loan to email the following information: (1)Years you took NJCLASS loans; (2)Total loan amount borrowed; (3)Year your loans went into default; (4)Did HESAA offer to re-age your loan before default; (5)Are you currently paying through a collection attorney; (6)Did you file a Chapter 7 or 13 Bankruptcy; (7)Did HESAA's collection attorney obtain a judgment lien against you/co-signer.
