Hey everyone... We are getting so close to Bill S-2573 going to committee. This past Thursday, 3 Senators abstained from voting on this bill and those 3 are from the 24th, 25th and 12th Legislative Districts. If you live in the 24th, 25th and 12th Districts--it is IMPERATIVE that you send a letter/email/or make a call to the Senators' offices as well as the 2 assembly members in each office. Give them a BRIEF account as to why they MUST vote YES to S-2573. I believe this bill may go to committee next week--so TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE to get this done--we NEED every legislature on board. Even if you don't live in these districts, shoot them an email and ask them to support S-2573. You can find their emails at njleg.state.nj.us Thanks everyone...If there was ever a time that ALL of us MUST assist in this effort...the time is NOW!!!! Also, EVERYONE needs to contact Sen. Thomas Kean's office and ask him why he did not vote. He sat on the committee in August and seemed very concerned. But, now, he won't vote--ask him why--tell him he needs to vote YES!!!
