When it comes to operating a pharmacy, it should never end up that the entire focus is on a monetary bottom line, especially when you're the largest in the area.   The patients are supposed to be your bottom line.  Their health is supposed to be your bottom line.   

I've said it before and I'll say it again, denying patients access to life saving and sustaining medications or treatments is one of the highest forms of abuse.  Withholding access because you want to save yourself a dollar when you charge patients sometimes double or triple what you pay per pill to obtain the medications is bad enough.  But now you also want to harm patients in this way too?  

No pharmacy that does this is deserving of your business regardless of wether you require the use of manufacturer specific generics or not.  If they'll harm me, they'll harm you too without any regard for the impact on your health.
