Demand Walthamstow Wetlands and Thames Water to take action against attacks on animals

Demand Walthamstow Wetlands and Thames Water to take action against attacks on animals
The Issue
We're seeing our waterfowl being attacked and killed by people who break into the Wetlands at night. Last week, we found a mother swan dead, a beautiful creature of 10 years old. Her mate and one of her cygnets were severely injured. This is not the first attack or the first kill by a group of people. Earlier this year, they killed another animal on site, and even though there was video footage, nothing has been done. These kills are cruel, and could be avoided.
We demand the Walthamstow Wetlands, Thames Water and London Wildlife Trust to fulfil their duty of protecting these animals and to take serious action against these attacks. We also demand that the Police is involved and that these criminals are charged. We demand that Thames Water (who's responsible for security on the site) to increase security, potentially installing CCTV, to help prevent these horrible attacks from happening.
Please help us pledge for change, to raise awareness and demand the parties involved to take responsibility and to take action to prevent this from happening to other animals in the future.
*Picture shown above is from the injured cygnet, morning after the attack.
