America is under an existentialist threat by the “Hindutva Terrorists” funded by RSS in India.  

Our families, friends, employees, neighbors, co-workers and fellow Americans are in danger due to the increasing influence and actions of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) global network of terrorists. 

The RSS headquartered in Nagpur, India promotes a Hindu nationalist agenda, and has been linked to acts of violence, assassinations, and terrorism not just in India but across various parts of the world, including the U.S. Canada, and Pakistan. This situation has created an atmosphere of fear and insecurity for many who are not-aligned with their ideology.  Their rhetoric

The influence of the RSS extends beyond India's borders. It operates globally through various affiliates and networks, spreading its ideology that often undermines peace, harmony, and the safety of minority communities. Notable incidents such as the Gujarat Riots of 2002, attacks on Muslim communities, and rising violence against religious minorities in India have been associated with the RSS and its affiliates. It is imperative for the sake of international peace and the safety of citizens everywhere, including in the U.S., that their actions are recognized globally as terrorist activities.

Designating RSS as a terrorist organization by the U.S. State Department would not only provide a means of curbing its influence but also send a strong message against religious intolerance and violence. Such a designation would facilitate international cooperation in monitoring and restraining funding and support networks that enable the RSS’s activities.

There is precedent for this kind of action. The U.S. has previously designated foreign organizations as terrorists when they pose a threat to national security or the safety of their citizens. The evidence against the RSS includes documented links to numerous violent activities and a consistent pattern of behavior that seeks to undermine secular and democratic values.
