Hello, I am a customer of UPS. I’m calling because I know that you do not air condition your delivery trucks, and that drivers are suffering from heat illness and death because of it. I’m appalled at how you’re treating your drivers, and would like to tell your corporate leaders that they need to step up and take care of their employees, or they will lose my business.
