Demand UAP transparency: India needs its own UFO disclosure now
The Issue
For too long, the mysteries of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) have been left unsolved, leaving the people of India in the dark about the truth that may exist right above our heads. This issue is personal to me because it is about us—our reality and our understanding of this vast universe we inhabit. As a nation poised at the forefront of technological advancement and scientific exploration, India deserves transparency, research, and an open dialogue concerning UAP and UFO sightings.
Globally, there has been a significant shift concerning the disclosure of information related to UAPs. In the United States, government agencies, including the Pentagon, have been increasing transparency by releasing data and reports. Such openness recognizes the public's right to be informed about potential threats, scientific mysteries, and phenomena that challenge our understanding of reality. By contrast, India, home to one of the world's largest populations and diverse scientific communities, still lacks an official framework to address and investigate UAP sightings and related occurrences.
Statistics reveal that over the past decade, there have been hundreds of reported UFO sightings in India's airspace, from the heights of the Himalayas to the plains of Rajasthan. Many of these events are documented by credible witnesses, including pilots and military personnel, but they often remain unexplored and hushed, fueling speculation and misinformation.
To rectify this, we call upon the Government of India to establish an official UAP Investigation Committee. This committee should be tasked with collecting data, conducting scientific investigations, and providing public reports on their findings. We urge our scientific organizations and talented researchers to come together and contribute to this national effort, leveraging their expertise in physics, aerospace engineering, and atmospheric sciences.
We believe that an open, transparent approach to UAP can lead to new scientific discoveries, bolster national security, and inspire public confidence in governmental actions. Let us embrace the spirit of scientific inquiry and demand what is rightfully ours—a clear, unbiased public disclosure of UAP phenomena in India.
Sign this petition to support the establishment of an Indian framework for UAP research and to advocate for the disclosure of existing data and future findings. It is time for India to join the global conversation, not just as observers, but as leaders in the quest for truth about the unknown.
