This fight is deeply personal to me, as CaseOh is one of my favorite streamers and an integral part of my daily entertainment. It is with this affection that I am urging Twitch to ban user mc_dogdog, who has become more and more disruptive and threatening in CaseOh's stream. This user has changed his username multiple times and is continuously making unsettling requests to meet CaseOh face to face, causing distress and fear.

Twitch, as a leading platform, claims to have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to harassment. However, mc_dogdog's behavior continues unchecked. CaseOh, along with many streamers, has chosen Twitch as an outlet to broadcast their craft, seeking to cultivate community and engagement. Breaches of safety compromise the very essence of Twitch.

According to a 2019 cybercrime report, online harassment is on the rise, with about 37% of adult internet users facing some form of it (Watson, C., & Cyberbullying Research Center). Twitch can and should be a champion in reducing these numbers.

For this reason, we sincerely urge Twitch to honor its commitment to providing a safe space for all its streamers, by seriously considering our demand to ban the IP of the user mc_dogdog. Your action will not only contribute to the safety of CaseOh, but also send a clear message against harassment to the entire Twitch community.
