It reminds me that my dad's life mattered, that his preventable loss at North York General Hospital shouldn't be forgotten, and that pushing for real accountability, transparency, and patient safeguards is worth every effort. 

And honestly… I miss him so much. There are so many things I can't do with him anymore—no more quiet conversations, no more seeing his gentle smile when I walk in, no more sharing the little moments of life. That emptiness hurts in ways I can't always put into words. But voicing his story, keeping his memory alive through this petition, feels like one small way I can still be close to him. It honors the kind, hardworking, family-first man he was.

Because of you, we're moving forward together. 84 people have said, "I see you, I care, and this shouldn't happen to anyone else."
