I know I am! This has become an epidemic across various counties in the state of Georgia and what are the school systems, and the school boards doing about this? NOTHING! No letter alerting parents and urging them to check their children’s hair, no educational materials on how lice is spread, how children can have it even when they’re not symptomatic with the classic scalp itching. 

The schools are uninformed, uneducated, and too scared to admit there is an epidemic. It’s time for a change!
