As a committed user of EHarmony, I have trusted the platform with my quest to find love. Yet since October 2024, I continually face issues regarding my messages not being delivered to my connections, leaving my potential relationships in limbo. After reaching out to EHarmony's customer support 11 times since the issue began, their silence has only added insult to injury. Like many others, I put a portion of my hard-earned money into this service, only to be met with unresponsiveness and lack of transparency.

On two separate occasions, I was notified after the fact that there had been something wrong with my account, revealing that all the messages I sent for an entire month were not received by anyone on the other end. Worrisomely, I was informed of this by the support team only after my messages failed to reach the concerned recipients. More recently, another eerie silence has fallen, and now it's  happened again. my messages are once again missing, leaving my connections and I in the dark. 

EHarmony's lackadaisical approach towards a matter so personal and important to me and many others demonstrates a lack of respect for our time, emotions and financial resources. According to Statista, EHarmony is one of the top grossing dating apps in the United States, proving that I am not the only one who trusts and invests in their services.

Now is the time for EHarmony to come clean, answer our queries, and fix the recurring issues that plague their platform. I have written 11 emails and haven't received any response which isn't like then. Well  myself and other's need transparency and promptness from customer service. We need to know that our messages--and our efforts to find love--are not being lost in the abyss.

Sign this petition to demand that EHarmony improves their customer relations, increase their transparency, and rectify these recurring technical snags immediately. Basically paying for a subscription I can't use is stealing people's hard earned money!
