On our streets, a tragedy unfolded that shook one family to its core and highlighted the failings of our Child Protective Services (CPS). Two innocent boys, attempting to protect their friends, paid the ultimate price for bravery, the life of a 15-year-old and a gunshot wound for a 12-year-old. A devastating personal loss was compounded by systemic failure when the surviving children were unjustly pulled from their family by CPS. We're advocating for immediate and profound change. We call for stringent verification of all allegations made to CPS, effectively end Bias in courts due to false accusations. We insist on a comprehensive enquiry each time children are taken from fit and loving homes and placed into state custody, with a specific mandate to probe the cases where those children experienced abuse! CPS must answer for any oversight or intentional ignoring of abuse in their care.Real kin are being denied placement of these children even with a spotless background,Mental verbal emotional and physical abuse to these children must be addressed.Parents rights to freedom of speech and due process is being violated in these cases,People we still have A constitution and we have to make A stand!

A shocking revelation from the American Bar Association reveals that, although the vast majority of children are removed from their homes due to allegations of neglect, many of these causes are poverty-related. This equates to children being wrenched from their family due to socioeconomic status, not unfit parenting,No help is being offered as a resolution to the poverty.

Our demand extends to holding CPS responsible for any verifiable perjury in court. We envisage a nation where loving parents aren't railroaded and children aren't wrongfully placed into dangerous situations. It's time to reclaim our rights, to ensure that every case handled by Child Protective Services abides by the utmost ethical standards.
