Demand to cancel the Army Rules made by the British in 1911 and to make new Indian Army Rules.

Reason : Because at that time India was a slave country of the British. At that time the British had recruited Indian soldiers in their army. The British had made slave army rules to suppress the Indian soldiers so that they could not raise their voice for their rights.

It has been 78 years since the country got independence. The Indian Constitution was made and implemented in 1950 but unfortunately, even today the army rules made by the British for the slaves are applicable on Indian soldiers. Does India not have the ability to make its own army rules? Every country in the world has its own army rules but India is the only country that does not have its own army rules.

Main Reason for not making new army rules :-

 The reason behind not making India's own army rules is misleading the central government by the high officers of the Indian army. In the British army, the soldiers were Indians and the high officers were themselves British. That is why the high officers used to get a lot of facilities. That is why the high officers have become accustomed to facilities and they do not want new Indian army rules to be made because they fear that their facilities may be reduced. For example, the buttman system, in which officers keep 4-4, 5-5 soldiers as domestic servants.

Why doesn't the central government change the army rules :- The reason behind not making India's own army rules is misleading the central government by the high officers of the Indian army. In the old army rules, officers have unlimited powers, they fear that if new army rules are made then their powers will be limited. That is why senior army officers mislead the central government by calling the army rules made by the British as the best army rules and call the old army rules time tested.

To strengthen the Indian Army, we request you to vote as much as possible so that the Indian Government can make new Army Rules and the soldiers can get rid of the slave-like Army Rules.

1911 में अंग्रेजों द्वारा बनाए गए आर्मी रूल्स को रद्द करके नए भारतीय आर्मी रूल्स बनाने की मांग।

*कारण :* क्योंकि उस समय भारत अंग्रेजों का गुलाम देश था। उस समय अंग्रेजों ने अपनी सेना में भारतीय सैनिकों की भर्ती की थी। अंग्रेजों ने भारतीय सैनिकों को दबाने के लिए गुलाम सेना के नियम बनाए थे ताकि वे अपने अधिकारों के लिए आवाज़ न उठा सकें।

देश आजाद हुए को 78 साल हो गए हैं । साल 1950 में भारतीय संविधान बन गया और लागू हो गया है लेकिन अफ़सोस भारतीय जवानों पर आज भी अंग्रेज़ों द्वारा गुलामों के लिए बनाए आर्मी रूल्स लागू हैं । क्या भारत के पास अपने आर्मी रूल्स बनाने की काबिलियत नहीं है ?? पूरी दुनिया में हरेक कंट्री के अपने बनाए आर्मी रूल्स हैं लेकिन भारत एकलौता देश है जिसके पास अपने बनाए आर्मी रूल्स नहीं है ।

*नए आर्मी रूल्स नहीं बनने का कारण :-* भारत के अपने आर्मी रूल्स नहीं बनने की पीछे भारतीय सेना के उच्च आफिसर्स द्वारा केंद्र सरकार को गुमराह करना है । अंग्रेज़ों की सेना में जवान भारतीय होते थे और उच्च आफिसर्स खुद अंग्रेज होते थे । इस लिए उच्च आफिसर्स को बहुत ज्यादा सुविधाएं मिलती थी । इसी लिए उच्च आफिसर्स सुविधाओं को आदी हो गए हैं और वह नहीं चाहते कि नए भारतीय आर्मी रूल्स बनें क्योंकि उन्हें डर है कि उनकी सुविधाओं में कटौती हो सकती हैं । जैसे कि बटमैनी सिस्टम , जिसमें आफिसर्स ने 4-4 , 5-5 जवानों को अपने पास घरेलू नौकर बनाकर रखा हुआ है ।

उच्च आर्मी आफिसर्स को डर है कि कहीं बटमैन सिस्टम बंद नहीं हो जाए । पुराने आर्मी रूल्स में आफिसर्स के पास असीमित अधिकार हैं , उन्हें डर है कि अगर नए आर्मी रूल्स बनाए गए तो उनके अधिकार सीमित हो जाएंगे । इसी लिए उच्च आर्मी आफिसर्स अंग्रेज़ो के बनाए आर्मी रूल्स को सर्वश्रेष्ठ आर्मी रूल्स बताते हुए केंद्र सरकार को गुमराह करते हैं और पुराने आर्मी रूल्स को टाइम टेस्टेड बताते हैं ।

भारतीय सेना को मजबूत करने के लिए निवेदन है कि ज्यादा से ज्यादा वोट करें ताकि भारतीय सरकार नए आर्मी रूल्स बनाए और जवानों को गुलामों वाले आर्मी रूल्स से छुटकारा मिल सके ।
