I am deeply concerned about the integrity of our judicial system, particularly with regards to Justice Samuel A. Alito, Jr.'s decisions which appear to be influenced more by political bias than constitutional law. As a citizen who values justice and fairness, I find it alarming that a Supreme Court Justice seems to prioritize personal or political interests over the Constitution he swore an oath to uphold.

Justice Alito's rulings have often favored former President Trump's agenda rather than adhering strictly to constitutional principles. For instance, he sided with the conservative majority in Trump v. Hawaii (2018), upholding President Trump’s controversial travel ban which was widely criticized for its discriminatory undertones (source: Oyez.org). This is just one example of many where his rulings seem politically motivated rather than constitutionally sound.

We must hold our justices accountable for their actions and demand impartiality in their decisions. The integrity of our judiciary depends on it.

Therefore, we call upon the Senate to impeach Justice Samuel A. Alito, Jr., as his rulings suggest bias towards former President Trump instead of strict adherence to our Constitution's principles.
