This is all because Jacksonville, Florida is the 2nd fastest growing city in the State of Florida. An abundance of tax revenue has been flooding into the Duval County School District since the implementation of the 1/2 cent sales tax and Dr. Greene's "spearheaded" effort.

A letter has recently been released that shows the lead Fiduciary Authority for the Duval County Public School Board (Superintendent Dr. Diana Greene) is looking to influence Jacksonville City Council Members to raise taxes on the entirety of Duval County taxpayers' properties for the sake of compensating for her budget problems.
