I am a resident of Kansas living with medical conditions that require constant attention and medication. However, I have always been strongly against prescription medications due to their side effects. Instead, I found solace in using Marijuana for my pain and mental health issues without experiencing any adverse effects.

Ty Masterson, our current Kansas State Senator, has consistently voted against the legalization of Marijuana for medicinal purposes. His stance not only affects me but also thousands of Kansans who could benefit from this natural remedy.

According to the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), marijuana can be used to treat a variety of diseases or symptoms such as chronic pain and mental health issues - exactly what it does for me. Yet, Senator Masterson continues to ignore these facts.

We need representation that listens to us, understands our needs, and acts accordingly. It is time we demand the removal of Ty Masterson from his position as a Kansas State Senator so that we can elect someone who truly represents our interests.
